Took my dog and cat for vaccines and an annual check-up. The clinic is clean and very nicely decorated. The technician used a lot of great fear-free techniques because my dog is a nervous girl and he spent the time making her feel comfortable. Everyone was pleasant and the appointment was quick and easy. Dr. Sell was very professional and sweet. Costs are comparable to other primary care clinics in the area.
I took my cat to this vet for the first time today and as a person who has a lot of anxiety, I felt instantly at ease from the caring, professional, and nonjudgemental way we were treated. Communication was very clear, and they were very good with my little hissing babe. A lot of prior vet clinics we’ve been to have been unwilling to work with her, or rude to me, and I didn’t experience any of that here.
Dr. Sells is thorough and the staff is very helpful and good with answering questions and managing pets. I have really appreciated them over the last two years.
